A 40,866-square-meter development structured with reinforced concrete contains a 6 story 221 Room Hotel with 49 semi-detached and detached villas located on the beach front of Saadiyat Island, a new man made island 500 meters off the coast of Abu Dhabi.
Atmospheres in the hotel, villas and entertaining areas are to be different,yet linked by a continuous sense of serenity. These atmospheres were changed by the scale of communal space. The villas sit on peaceful courtyards around the pools of water. As the communal spaces become smaller the pools become bigger replacing the communal space.
