Located in the tallest residential tower in Brisbane, this duplex apartment has exceptional views of the city and the area around the Brisbane River. It also boasts a large wrap around balcony, allowing for access to the outdoors from all the public areas of the apartment and from the master suite. Therefore, one of the primary design intentions was to preserve the views and the access to the balcony and keep the living area unobstructed.
The sculpted ceiling becomes the primary design feature of the space. It holds integrated led lighting and its concave form creates a sense of enclosure within the living and dining area while preserving the views to the outside. The sculptural stair that greets you as you enter the apartment to compliment the overall aesthetic of the apartment and integrates a back-lit bookshelf.
