Mango TV Headquarters is a mixed-use development in Changsha. The new complex houses the new corporate offices for Mango TV in addition to television studios to develop new television content as well as a theater to view the new content. In addition, there is retail space that activates the urban space in the center of the complex. The complex also anchors a new central business area of Changsha. The tallest tower bifurcates into three structural tubes, that houses different styled of office spaces. As the form splits it allows public space moving through the base of the tower.
