The project is the interior design of a 500,000 SF headquarter complex for Nanjing Chia Tai-Tianqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, [NJCTTQ] one of the largest medical corporations in Asia. Located in Nanjing’s Economic and Technological Development Zone, NJCTTQ is a high tech company structured upon advanced research and strict production quality management to ensure the production of high level pharmaceuticals.
CAP’s design revolves around 5 key areas- Training Center and Auditorium, Research and Development Center, VIP Gallery, Bar and Offices. Material and spatial cues connect the program from one space to the next. Circulation flows in non-orthogonal ways around conference rooms, meeting areas, offices and gallery spaces. Each division breaks away from the orthogonal column grid of the existing architecture and bringing a dynamic and futuristic working environment in its place.

CAP的设计围绕5个关键的点睛区域-培训中心和报告厅，研发中心，VIP展厅，酒吧和办公。材料和空间线引导连接了不同功能，从一个空间到另一个空间。流线设计以非直角方向在会议室，会议区，办公和展厅空间之间流动。每个分区以现有建筑的直角柱网为分割标准，给空间带来动感和未来感的工作环境。
